What Makes Us Unique?
Our mission is to bring quality psychotherapy services to busy New Yorkers. We have a special interest in helping those stigmatized by the medical community including individuals with HIV/AIDS, Lyme and co-infections and those experiencing chronic pain. We aim to continue innovating in order to serve more disenfranchised groups.
We value your growth. We provide a competitive compensation structure as well as health insurance coverage for anyone working over 20 hours per week. We also provide an end of year bonus structure, a yearly ceu stipend and opportunities for writing and program development.
Choose your specialty. We encourage our team members to follow their interests. Upon hire you will work with your mentor to develop a plan of continued growth for your career. This includes choosing a specialty (modality or population) from which to practice and grow.
You deserve all the good feelings too. We believe that psychotherapy should be as rewarding for us as is it for our clients. We are here to help you find joy in your work including constructive conversations about how to improve, generous time off, and flexibility to work virtually when possible.
